The 2011 major league baseball season started this past weekend. How is your team doing? Some opening games were played in March!
Baseball has been the subject of numerous books, movies and songs. It is also responsible for some very interesting trivia. Did you know the term "southpaw" originates from the earliest of baseball parks.
In case you did not know, I am a big baseball fan. Actually, it is my favorite sport. What is your favorite sport? Do you have a favorite baseball team? Mine is the Atlanta Braves.

I'm not a big baseball fan. I wouldn't know what to look for in a game. But, if I was a baseball fan I would go to every game. I would support my team,if I had one. Major League is really not my thing.
I’m not really a big fan of baseball, I mean I watch it every once in a while. The New York Yankees are pretty good. I actually like football more than any other sport played. My favorite team is the NY Giants!
I don't watch a lot of sports on television, but I like to play volleyball. I don't have a favorite team, but my parents watch a lot of NASCAR, so they have a favorite driver. I would rather listen to music, write, or watch a good movie than watch sports, but I can handle watching a few football games.
I am not a fan of baseball. The videos we watched today were ok. I really liked the first video about baseball.
These videos were very entertaining but I’m not very fond of baseball. I grew up with my brother playing baseball and that’s the only kind I like. I feel like the professional teams are too over rated and are paid to win or lose. My favorite players are the cute players! If I was to get tickets to a game yes I would go but I don’t think I would ever pay to watch it when I could support my school team a mile away.
I’m not a very big fan of baseball, I haven’t watched a game in awhile, but my favorite team is the Yankees. I don’t watch baseball much but I love to watch football, that’s my favorite sport to watch. My favorite team for football is the Redskins, they aren’t the best team in the world but they are my team.
My favorite sport is Basketball. No, I dont have a favorite baseball team , but I like a few of them like the Red Sox, the Mariners, the pirates , and the Reds.
My favorite classic video is the goofy movie. It was very cute. I also kind of like the video "who's on first.", that was funny. I'm really not a baseball fan, but at least I got something to laugh at this morning. :)
My favorite sport is football. My favorite team is the cowboys. My favorite team for baseball is the Atlantic Braves. I have no clue how they are doing though.
My family team is the Boston Red Sox. My favorite sport however is not baseball. I have only been to one baseball game and hated everything but the corndogs. My favorite sport to watch is football. My favorite sport to play is soccer. My all time favorite team of all is the Redskins.
My favorite baseball team would have to be the New York Yankees. They have always been my favorite team. This summer or next summer I’m going to see them in New York. I cant wait!!!
I don’t watch baseball at all, but those videos on YouTube were interesting. I like the second video with the two men that were arguing over whose name is on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd base. It was amusing because of the tone they were speaking in. I never knew people talk about their favorite team like they do for football. Even though I don’t watch baseball people make it seem like its fun.
I think that in baseball you should not have Goofy play the sport because they will make it more complicated. I think that the "who's on First?" was so funny. I did not think much of the song "Take me out to the Ball Game".
I don’t watch baseball much but I do have a favorite team, they are the Red Sox. My favorite sport is basketball. I watch it and play it all the time. My favorite NBA team is the Heat, favorite NCAA men’s and women’s team is Duke.
I am not a big baseball fan. It’s a little boring to watch on TV. I have been to a game in Seattle, Washington it was more interesting in real life I must admit; I would much rather go to a football game. I like watching college football it’s more intense. I am a diehard Florida State Seminole fan of Tallahassee, Florida. It’s where I grew up till I was fifteen.
Keith Bryant: Yes I have loved and played baseball my entire life. The exhilarating hits, the amazing plays, and the hardest strategy of any other sport make my brain go completely wild. My team is also the Atlanta Braves, although I do not watch the sport on television often, the braves have been my team ever since I first watched them as a child with my grandmother.
My favorite base ball team would be the Boston Red Sox. I don’t know how they are doing because there games don’t show on my TV.
I don't have a favorite sport so I just decide to not watch it. Instead of watching sports I just watch cartoons or music videos. I would like to try to watch sports someday.

I don't really like sports but my favorite baseball team would be the New York Yankees just because I like their logo. I also like their team colors blue and white.
I'm not a big fan of sports in general. I thought the videos were very humerous, but overall sports are very boring to me. The closest thing to a sport that I enjoy is marching band. I, more or less, like to be the in-between entertainment at the games than part of the games itself.
I had heard the "who's on first base" joke befor but had never actually seen the video. However, I had heard it twice, but having seen it I now feel compelled to say that the comedians performing this act are not what I had expected but nonetheless very funny. Comedy has changed quite drasticaly since this time and I feel we should go back to this type of humor. Having said that, would it change how we act in this day and age?
I watch baseball every now and then. My favorite baseball team is The Boston Red Sox. When there is a baseball game on that I can see, I will watch that game.

I'm not all for baseball, but I do enjoy watching a game every now and then. I may not know much about baseball, but it looks like an interesting game to me. I would enjoy playing it with a few friends this summer when we have some equipment. It would remind me of the times I played baseball at my other house. The game is fun and entertaining. So I hope everyone is able to play someday!

I'm not a big fan of baseball, actually hate watching it. I think its very boring to watch than to play the sport. I do not have a team for baseball but I'll follow a friend and just say, Go Yankees!
I am not big on baseball. It's not my favorite sport to watch but it's still fun to go to a ball game every now and then. My favorite sport is NFL football. I like the Washington Redskins. If I had to watch a baseball game I could but I prefer football. It just seems much simpler and it’s really fun to play on a Sunday afternoon.
I don't really like watching baseball. I do have a favorite team which is the Yankees, but I much rather play softall, which to me there played in two different ways. I think that softball is a fun sport to watch and play, My favorite softball team would be Flordia Gators which i would like to attend after high school.
I really have no interest in sports believe it or not. Te only sport I watch is tennis which isnt often. If my 7 year old cousin makes me watch the Yankees, that's really the only time I watch any sport. I'd rather be working on my art projects while having music on or writing while sitting outside. Television actually can get boring and I don't really watch anything.
