If you have not heard of this, then you are going to be slightly disturbed. This man has some serious issues and he never got help. I would like for you to watch this video and tell me what you think. Does it seem like this man should have gotten help? If he should have gotten help, then who should have provided it? I think the guy needs some serious help. The only excuse he has for doing something so stupid like that is hardcore drugs. Turning into a cannibal is not cool at all.

I think that this man should have gotten help. To eat a third of a mans face off is pretty weird if you ask me. I think that the first time he had gotten in trouble he should have gone to jail, if he would've gone then this probably would've never happened.

To me, yes, I think this man should have gotten some help. He needed some serious help! I don't know who would have provided it for him, but he needed it. I feel really bad for that homeless man.

This man is crazy. He should have gotten some type of help. The court could have found him some help but he should have to pay for it and everything. He is needs to stay in jail till they find something else to do with him.
I think the man should have been offered help. But now that he tried to eat someones face. He needs to go to jail.

I think that this man should have gotten help way before this incident happened. He should have been kept away from the public. He shouldn't be allowed back out on the streets.

I think this man needs serious help. He had to have been on something to try and eat a mans face off. He needs to stay in jail until they can figure out something else to do with him.
Yes I think the man should have had help. That is just nasty why would a man even think about trying to eat another person. He should go to the hospital to be checked out.

The man should have got help before he went this far. They should have put him in jail for drugs instead of putting it off. I would have never expected to see someone eat someone face off.
This guy does not have it all there at all. What ever drug he was on should be taken off the street. I hope that drug he was on stays in Miami.

I think he needs a lot of help. He should have been put in jail the first time. If he was in jail this could have been avoided.

He never went to get help nor did anyone offer to help him and if they did, he was the one to refuse. We cannot make this man receive help, he has to want it or he will not get what he needs out of the help, therefore, he will just be using the people who are trying to help him. I am part of a group who does help others, but we cannot force a person to accept the help...We can only be there for when they want to change, however the police should have confined him, unfortunately with the lack of medical illness records they didn't see the need.
There is something seriously wrong with this man and he should've got help a long time ago. There is no such thing as zombies, it's a fun theory but I don't believe in it. This is just a man with a serious problem and has for some reason turned to cannibalism. Some people eat chocolate, this guy eats people.
This man needed help a long time ago. If the police would have arrested him the first time that he was in trouble he may have learned a lesson and this might have not happened. If you ask me, I think it's pretty gross to eat off 1/3 of a man's face.
