Welcome to Blogland

I want to thank you for being a part of this blog. This is intended to be a teaching tool for keyboarding class. Here are some quick rules: First, be respectful, tolerant and positive in your comments. You should know that I decide whose comments get published! Next, you must post to my blog to earn your full class participation grade for that day. We blog on many, but not all days. Your comments must be grammatically correct with no spelling errors. Proofreading is the secret. Finally, have fun.

Now tell us what you think of this blog and these rules. For this and all comments, remember to respond using a full paragraph. That is, three to five sentences.

I think this blog is very interesting. It’s a great way to practice typing while also having fun. The rules are completely understandable. No one wants to read a rude comment!

I am really excited about this blog site for keyboarding. Blogs usually have neat and funny posts, and the comments from other students lets us get to know them better. The rules are fair, and are expected on a blog site I hope. I expecially like the rule of being tolerant!

I think I’m going to like this more then playing the keyboarding games. Your rules aren’t that hard and it gives us something to do. It’s also an easy class work grade.

I think that blogging is a great way to get the students involved. It allows us to express our opinions, as well as viewing others. I think that if you’re not going to treat blogging the way it should in a student environment you shouldn’t be allowed to blog in the first place. Blogging is a way to get your actual point out there, take advantage. I think that the rules are fine and understandable.

The rules to the blog are understandable. Blogs are almost like facebook or more likely twitter. When people do blogs, it shares their opinions with others as well who make comments. I love blogging and I can’t wait to comment on the next post that you will post up next.

I think these are easy rules to follow and it should be no problem for anyone to follow. I think the blog will be fun and educational for me and all the other students in keyboarding with Mr. Downing. Blogging should be fun, with all the different blogs we have to respond to, so this will be a good experience.

It will be fun to blog. I don't really like all the rules. I will probably have to redo a bunch of mine.

I think this blog is a good idea. I mean it's better than doing bookwork all the time! Also Blogs are fun to do, because you can see everybody else's opinion besides your own.

I feel that the blog spots rules are good rules but there not horrible rules. Rules keep a web site clean and keep kids from seeing inappropriate language and bias comments. This blog spot is for teaching and learning and I’m glad Mr. Downing proof reads before they get posted because sometimes kids will be disrespectful.

I think that the blog rules are a good idea so we know what to do when we blog on the internet. The rules tell us what we will have to do when we type our blog. The rules will guide us so we can follow the guideline or post what we want to talk about.

Overall the rules seem like common courtesy, except on the internet, which is very uncommon. I think that this is a good way for students to communicate cordially about popular subjects. It's just a nice change of pace from the constant grammatical errors and unnecessary agression that the internet is mostly made up of.

I think the rules for the blog aren’t that bad. If you can’t follow these simple rules then you have a problem. I think the blog is going to be a lot of fun. I get to tell you my opinion on different things. This should be fun

I think that having a blog is a good way to communicate. It allows everyone to voice their opinions and that is something everyone should be able to try. Not everyone voices their opinions out loud, so a blog is the second best thing to do instead of voicing an opinion out loud. That's what's so good about these blogs: Everyone has a say in something and it can even make a difference. I personally can't wait until we get into more interesting blogs!

I thought this blog was really worth reading. I love to comment on different subjects and blog with other people on certain topics. It's made me like keyboarding class a lot more actually. The rules are fine and very fair. This should be fun.

Having a blog is a good way to communicate. I really understand why the one who makes the post decides whether to publish a comment or not. I really know why we must proofread what we type as well, nobody likes people with "poor" communication.

I think this blog spot is a great way to express your opinions. I like that there are many different topics to talk about. It also is a way to see what your classmates think about the topic.

I don't really see the point in blogging. However, it is a good way to have one's opinion heard on a matter that should be discussed.
It is a matter of opinion when it comes to any type of blogging. I, personaly, do not see the point.

I think this blog is a good way to practice typing. These rules are not that hard to follow. For the people that don't follow these rules then that's their problem. This is what I think about this blog.
