Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. The history of Thanksgiving goes back to the days of the Pilgrims, so in many ways it is truly an American holiday. With a four day weekend coming up, I am sure that you will have many opportunities to do many of the things that make you happy, in addition to visiting friends, family and of course hopefully enjoying some good food.
Now for your assignment, share with your classmates two items. In your post, list some things that you are thankful for. What plans do you have for Thanksgiving and the rest of the weekend?

I am thankful for my friends and family. They are always there for me when I need them. This Thanksgiving weekend I am going to have a big dinner with my family, and hopefully go Black Friday shopping!
I'm thankful for everything I have. I'm thankful for my friends, family, and to be alive. This Thanksgiving, I plan on eating until I can't eat anymore, watching football, and spending time with my family. On Friday, I plan on shopping with my cousin.
I am thankful for my mother most of all, and the rest of my family. It sure helps to get a longer weekend with the days off, so I'm quite thankful for that. I'm never really sure what I'm going to each Thanksgiving, because each time is different than the last.
This Thanksgiving I am thankful that I have lived to see another Thanksgiving because there are so many who have not. There are so many things I am thankful for this year but the things that top my list are my family, the opportunities that lie ahead of me, and most importantly, God who has given all of these things to me. Sorry if I offend anyone who is not religious.

This is a video that shows the beginning of the first thanksgiving. This is a time for all of the familiess to get together, and have a good time. People have alwas been thankful around this time, because everyone comes home and the families are gettful for everything.
I am thankful for God waking me up each and every morning, allowing me to have friends & family that love me, an education in school, and for everything he's given me... I have Thanksgiving service at Church tomorrow morning and i'm going to Maryland afterwards for the rest of the week.

First, I am thankful for my parents. They are supportive and loving; they encourage me every day. I am thankful for my home and everything in it. I am extremely thankful for my friends; I don’t know what I would do without them. I am also thankful for my dog, Crocky. This weekend I plan to eat on Thursday with family and friends, then Black Friday! On Saturday I am going to Virginia Tech to see the UVA Tech football game. Other than that I will be catching up on schoolwork.
I am thinkful for my friends and family and just being able to do things that others can't. I plan to go black friday shopping and clean. I also plan to go shopping with Tam.

I'm thankful that my mom, her mom, their grandmas, and everyone for generations in our family can cook good food. I'm also thankful that one day my mom will teach me our family recipes and I can make good food for myself. Another thing I'm thankful for is that I get to go see my family on thanksgiving and my boyfriend on Saturday. I'm thankful for my boyfriend and that I get to see him, funny story our one month anniversary is Thanks Giving day.
Pretty catchy song, I know I am thankful for a lot af things such as my family, friends, and other things. This Thanksgiving I am going to my grandparents for the first time in four years. I hope it goes well, because i haven't had the best relationship with them for the past couple of years.
I have never seen that many people raid a shore before. People are just walking all over other people just to get things that they want in the store. I am so glad that I was not in that store on Black Friday.
I'm thankful that we get out early today for one. I guess I should be thankful that i'm alive also. A decent family is alright too.
